1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
Information you give us
- Account data: name, email address, company name, password (stored hashed), team member details.
- Customer Data: content you or your clients upload to the Service, such as orders, briefs, files, comments and client contact details.
- Communications: messages you send via our contact form or email.
Information collected automatically
- Log and device data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps.
- Cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Payment data
We do not collect or store your card details. Payments are processed by Paddle (see section 5).

We do not sell your personal data.
4. Customer Data you upload
When you upload personal data about your own clients into Agency Manager, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor. We process it only on your instructions to provide the Service, keep it confidential, and apply appropriate security measures. A data processing agreement is available on request.
5. Payments and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle collects and processes your billing information (such as name, email, billing address, country, tax ID and payment details) as an independent controller. Please see the Paddle Privacy Policy. Paddle shares with us the information needed to provide your subscription, such as your email, plan, country and transaction status.
6. Sharing your data
We share personal data only with:
- Paddle, for payments, tax and invoicing;
- hosting, email delivery and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under contract;
- professional advisers and authorities where required by law.
7. International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
8. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after closure to allow export, then delete it, except where we must keep records for longer for legal, tax or accounting reasons (typically up to 6 years). Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and regular backups. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and relevant authorities of a breach where required by law.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email ouritspace@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
11. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. For material changes we will notify you by email.
